This is to acknowledge your letter of 15 September 2018, appealing the DOE to proceed with the posting for comments of the draft Circular on oil price unbundling by the stakeholders and thereafter issue the same.
As of this week, the draft Circular has been forwarded to the Office of the Secretary for his comments, and for approval of the second and final consultation with the industry stakeholders.
It is expected that the new DC will be finalized and issued soon after the final consultation.
